# Book a courier online.

Canonical: https://x25pronto.com/en/services/book-courier-online/

Book a courier online in simple terms: when route, timing and shipment data should be checked online before completion. A real trip depends on route, timing, shipment data and current availability in the relevant country.

## When this topic can fit a courier trip.

Book a courier online starts with data when route, timing and shipment data should be checked online before completion. A useful online booking therefore asks for more than a keyword. It needs the route, timing and shipment details.

x25pronto.com explains the process. The actual trip is prepared on x25pronto.ch, x25pronto.de or x25pronto.at. Available times and the market-specific guide price are checked there.

## Turn the search term into a trip that can be checked.

The label alone is not enough for a commitment. Real data show whether the requested trip can fit the selected market. A useful request is short, complete and based on confirmed facts.

- open the correct country site
- enter pickup and destination
- choose the date and time
- state shipment and weight
- review the guide price and details
### Typical use.

A company wants to prepare a trip without a long phone chain. Pickup, destination and timing are entered online. The details can be reviewed before completion.

The name of the service is not the key point. The route, time, shipment and vehicle need to work together.

### A direct trip instead of a broad speed promise.

x25pronto does not use a general minute guarantee here. Driving time comes from the real road route. Pickup, reserve time and personal handover are part of the plan. This keeps the estimate closer to the actual trip.

### What is not included automatically.

Dangerous goods, animals, cash and unclear or specially regulated goods are not presented as normal courier items. Cold-chain transport, air freight, parcel-network services and special customs handling are not promised here. The rules of the relevant country offer apply to each real booking.

### Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

x25pronto.com is the central knowledge site. Prices, dates and current availability are checked on the relevant country domain. The button at the lower right links directly to Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

#### Check the key facts.

Before confirming the request, the booking check compares collection time, destination, shipment dimensions, vehicle availability and the expected handover. These details reduce avoidable changes and make the planned service easier to understand for both sender and receiver.

### Common questions.

**Can I check a guide price directly?**

Yes. Open the relevant country market. Route, timing, shipment details and guide price are checked together there.

**Is same-day delivery always possible?**

No. Same day depends on start time, route, handover and current availability. The actual booking calendar matters more than a broad promise.

**Which vehicle types can be used?**

Depending on the market and shipment, a car, van or XL van can be checked. Weight, dimensions and packaging must fit the vehicle class.
