this knowledge hub is the central x25pronto knowledge and brand hub. Courier bookings are not accepted on this domain. Prices, availability, bookings and operational customer data are handled on the respective country websites.
When the website is accessed, technically required connection data may be processed in server or hosting logs, including the access time, requested URL, IP address, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer and browser/user-agent information.
These data are used to deliver the website, maintain IT security, analyse errors and protect against abusive access. Retention depends on the technical and security requirements of the hosting environment.
Website statistics only run after your express consent. They measure page views, individual sessions and clicks on booking and courier jobs links. We also record the referring domain when available. This does not tell us the visitor location.
